First Consumers National Bank Reporting me as deceased on my Experian Credit Report Norcross Georgia

My account with First Consumers National Bank, known as FCNB/Master

Trust was filed off in chapter 7 bankruptcy filed Nov 2003 and filed off in Feb 2004. As of today they are still reporting a balance $1,715, and Past Due: $1,715.00, Last 7 years showing 30 days late 1, 60 days late 1, 90 days late 3, and reporting me as deceased on my Experian Credit Report. I have tried to correct through Experian but I was advised I have to contact this company to get this corrected. As of today, it is still not corrected. Help please.
