first capital group violation of contract and nonresponsiveness Virginia beach, Virginia
I have requested to withdraw all my deposit and cancel the policy with First Capital Group in August, 2012 (although did not put in writing, I texted Vernon Matthew, my account manager and financial agent, to request withdrawl). Now the process has been handled more than 8 months, which already violated the contract (withdrawl within 60 days). And I am still waiting for a solution. It is always voicemail and no one ever picked up the phone in the office. My patience is really run out. It is wrong to take advantage of military people!!! Be aware of this company and the person. I will seek all means for justice.
