In June 2002, received call for fantastic offer - if I allowed them to debit my bank account for $199, I would receive a Master Card with a limit of $2000. They debited my account on July 1st. I was then told that I would receive the card within 7-10 days. Of course, I did not. Called them back at 416-488-4746 (their representatives number). Was then told it was averaging 21 days to receive. After numerous calls to this company, finally received "packet" today, July 30th, 2002. This packet was to include: an activation form for "Stored Value MasterCard. This packet did not include the form. There was no card, and this packet was sent presorted standard, which for those who don't know the postal service, is the slowest and cheapest way to send anything. Also, what the public calls junk mail. I spent $199 for junk mail? Finally, I was actually able to speak to a live person at their customer service number (416-488-4664) this evening at 9:45 p.m. est. He informed me that they would have to send out a whole new packet (which came from: BENEFITS, PO BOX 935, BEL AIR MD 21014). Then, I came to the internet to check them out and found out that I am not the only one dissatisfied with them. I want my money back. They didn't send a card, as was said in their first call. And I am not going to trust and wait another 30 days to be played for a fool again! Tommy Winter Haven, Florida
