Complaint Review: First Capital Consumers Group

I was contacted by a Mandy McNeil on June 13th saying she represented First Capital Credit card company offering 2 credit cards with $2000.00 and $2500.00 respectively. I thought to myself that it sounded too good to be true, but went ahead anyway because I thought it would be a good opportunity to improve my credit. After I got through with "Mandy" I checked the internet to find out more about the "Bank" I would be doing business with. Big suprise! I found this web-site and all the negative reports of them being a fraud. I immediately contacted my bank to put a stop payment on the check. Then on the 18th of June First Choice did an electronic debit for the 199.00 to circumvent the stop payment. Scumbags! I have filed a dispute with my bank and have also filed with badbusinessbureau.com to recieve the full refund that they have negotiated. Right now I am in "wait and see" mode. I appreciate the work you people are doing to make this right for the consumer and hope to report back when and if my money is refunded. James Clermont, Florida
