Complaint Review: First Capital Consumer Group

I got a call from a telemarketer about a credit card a Mastercard with a $2,000 limt and a Visa card with a $2,500 limt the telemarketer told me that i need to let them debit my account for $199.00 and my cards were going to be sent out within 7-10 bussines days

time went by and i heard nothing about my card so i want to find out what was going on well i called the 800# and no ever picked up the phone so i began to worry about my cards and money i went on the web and so First Capital Consumer Group/Fraud so i click on it and i know then that i had to get my money back and change my information

PLEASE DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY SAVE SOMEONE FROM THIS RIP OFF COMPANY
