First Capital Card Not activateing card that I have. And takeing my money. *Link to all Capital Credit Alliance Rip-off Reports
I had given First Capital Card company $300.00 to start my credit card account in Janurary. And I finally recieved my card and it is September. And now that I want to activate it they switched me to an automated machine. And I can't get any more information out of them. And the card is still not activated. And I want the money back or for the card to be activated.
