Bought a second home on the TX coast and home warrenty came with purchase. Had guests staying there and the AC went out Friday. Called FAHBP and they scheldued a repair sevice who could not come out until the next Monday. This was not acceptable and the guests found another AC repair service who could be there within an hour. Tried calling FAHBP to get permission to use a service not contracted to them.

After waiting an hour listening to crappy music and have the model name and my ID number ready I hung up. Tried calling again a few minutes later and after waiting 30 minutes to speak to a customer rep I hung up. Got the problem resolved with another repair service that I had to pay for.

Contacted FAHBP on thier website and all I got back were No Information emails. I have since cancelled the contract. It's obvious FAHBP doesn't know how to use a phone after the first initial contact.
