We contacted First American Home Buyers Protection on July 7, 2012.  We told them we had an AC leak in the attic which was staining the living room ceiling.  When someone finally arrived, he came in and immediately explained that he did not have the proper tools (he did not even look in the attic) and he would be back on Monday.

When no one showed up on Monday, we called the company again, only to be told that they had no record of our call.  Learning that, we said that we would just call another company, as time was of the essence.

A few weeks later, we get an invoice from First American for $60, at which time we called them back to explain we never received service from them.  We ignored the invoice and now they are sending us past due invoices.  I have heard nothing but bad complaints about this company so I thought I'd get in my 2 cents worth too.  We do not feel we owe them the $60.
