Financial Asset Management has been trying to contact me about an AT&T bill. I'm making payments on it now, through AT&T. They've been calling my mom's house, she told me about it and I called. They wanted my Banks routing number and my banking account number. I didn't feel comfortable giving it to them and asked if I could just make payments through AT&T. I told them that my husband was deployed and said I'd talk to him about it when he called me next. After I mentioned that, Benjamin Coleman (who I was speaking with), asked a smart a*s question about him being deployed and asked me my husband's rank and then asked if my husband was planning on ranking to SGT. When I told him my husband's rank he made a nasty little comment in a nasty little sarcastic tone and said "Well, that's pretty special, does he plan to rank up" I told him yes and then he just started harrasing me about it. My husband is nowhere listed on the AT&T bill, it is solely in my name and my social security number. Pretty much, according to Ben, it's going to be MY fault he doesn't get promoted. He told me that I better call them back about the matter. I called AT&T, told them what happened, and they said I did not need to go through Financial Asset any longer, I could just make my payments through AT&T.

Benjamin Coleman is a jerk and I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with him. If you get him on the phone, ask to speak with someone else.
