Finance Charges by Sears
This is the typical practice of lawyers that do class action suites for the people!! Right
I recieved a letter from Henry Litigation Settlement Administration an attorney that was doing such a suite Class Members in Henry v. Sears, Roebuck and Co., etal.
I called the 800 no. and no responce or you get a machine!
We the "Class Members" WON! Sears changed the finance company and charged more finance charges! the court ruled in the favor of the plantiffs. Here is the good part- recieved a merchandise coupon that expires in the year 2002 for $7.50 to be used in Sears!!
I want my money not a credit to use in the store that is a rip off!!and I don not want $7.50 I want the amount that they over charged over all the years.
