Mr Khaiym is has been the real power behind senile Rear Admiral (of just one boat Fiji state has) Bainarama.

Under his rule and his masterminded military coup, people have disappeared in Fiji without trace, people who opposed the military takeover were beaten to death in prisons, pregnant womens' kids were kicked out of their stomachs.

Literally.

Khaiyum is not human, he only looks human.

Currently in hiding in Australia following his failed attempt to another create civil war in Fiji to keep himself in power.
