FCNB/Spiegel "Card Processing Center" Exhorbitant Late Fees!! No Statement!! Old Bethpage, NY New York
I have run into the same problem with these people.
- No Statement
- $35 late fees
- 7 calls per day from computer
- Rude customer service
- No Supervisor
What can be done to avoid these late charges and to put them out of business?
Dora Ayala was the person I spoke with.
Should I just pay it off? Will that settle it up?
