I recently shipped off a valuable item to them as a buyout through the courier fedex. The item took a little longer than usual to be processed and when I tracked the item after a week it showed that it was signed for in Beverly Hills California— which is a good distance from the destined location of Carlsbad CA. Then I waited a few days to see if they would contact me to confirm arrival… nothing. So I reached out to them and after a few days they get back to me telling me that they have filed a case, not giving me any details or telling me that my bag was missing, just that there was a case opened.

I asked what was going on and why is there a case opened and why it was in Beverly Hills? I took them another couple days to get back to me. To which they said that Fedex just mislabeled it on their tracking and it was signed for in Carlsbad but, it wasn’t in the box so they are launching an investigation to which I said “okay let me know if I can be of help” as well as telling them that I had my fiancé take a video of me packaging it and labeling it and taping it up.

Nearly 5 days go by then they finally respond saying that the item weight was off and that they believe it was my fault and that it never was put in the box!!! The courier never weighed my package, at least not in front of me, there was weirdness with the course of the shipping where it listed as being signed for in Beverly Hills which FASHIONPHILE denies and yet they find I was to blame.

These people were rude, unprofessional and ultimately dishonest crooks who have either stolen from me or don’t want to be accountable for fedex stealing from me. I just found out that my package was supposed to be insured but they won’t assume responsibility which is clearly theirs.

Don’t trust them. I never should have and now Im out $15k. It was signed for at a different location 50 miles from their headquarter and it's listed on fedex tracking so I'm not delusional . When it arrived at the intended destination they claim it was never in the box, they weighed the box (which is just a sh*t show) with a similar item and it didn't match what was listed in the label , but the label was prepaid by them and the box was never weighed when I dropped it off at a drop site.

The weighed wasn't listed on the FedEx site until after the investigation by FASHIONPHILE. Anyway it was signed and delivered in Beverly Hills which Far from Carlsbad , which they deny. Someone had it i their possession between Beverly Hills and their headquarters. It wasn't in the box when it reached the receiving department. Signed elsewhere but not weighed in at the headquarters receiving department. And they blame me!!!! Wtf

Im out $15500 if you guys get my money back I will give you $2500

this one below was after  FASHIONPHILE ruled it to be me as the one responsible.  This is when the package weight was then listed-- after their investigation where they said doesn't match what it is supposed to weigh. But like I said it never was weighed when I dropped it off. When it's prepaid does the account paying get to change the weight or enter it after the delivery.???

Now here's the course of the email communication between the claims department and I.
