I placed two orders on the same day for multiple items. I received order confirmations 2 days later, and another email saying items had shipped, but there was no way to track them. Several weeks went by, I requested a tracking number but I only received a sketchy one line email from what seemed to be a personal gmail account -johnfarzan@gmail.com-saying the items were shipped.

I never received a tracking number. After a month, I followed up again, but got no response. I never received any items. I again requested a status update and got no response. I requested a refund and got no response. Two months have gone by and I have never received anything and I am out hundreds of dollars. Avoid this company at all costs, you won't get anything.
