Back on Saturday, May 6th, 2023, I had filed a complaint about Farmer Boys and a female representative over a recorded line told ME that she was sending me a $10.00 dollar credit/voucher to be applied on to my online App/Account and it would take a few days!
Well, it has now been a few weeks and when I contacted the corporate office about it on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, whoever the female representative that I spoke to LIED to ME by telling ME that I have multiple accounts whereby on my cellular phone, I only have one (1) account and she Denied Me Ever Being Told About Receiving The $10.00 Credit!
I have a Zero 0.00 Tolerance For Liars Of Any Kind!
I am Not Ever Going Back To Farmer Boys, Period and I am Not Recommending Them To Anybody!
The Negative, Truthful Reviews Shall Be Published On Many Social Media Websites for the public to know how this company LIES to their customers on a recorded line and Fails To Keep Their Promises!
