Complaint Review: Farmbox Direct

Farmbox Direct is a complete scam and ripoff. Terrible food. The food arrives frozen and cold. The produce is terrible and disappointing, and is tiny portions. I would rename Farmbox Direct to be cold small stuff at high prices. I was also charged more than i agreed to and had to call twice for a refund. So disappointing. 

The packaging is also a tremendous waste. Giant boxes, lots of paper. And this company pretends to care about the enviornment? Stay far away from Farmbox Direct.
