We purchased an Abenergizer on Dec. 30th 2001. We received it 43 days later on Feb 11th. When it arrived it was missing the video tape and two extra power units that I paid an extra $29.90 for. We called on 2/11/02 and were told the extras will arrive within a week to 10 days. Never did!

On 2/27/02 I spoke with Janice and requested a refund. I was told the credit will be on my card in 30-60 days. Paul told us to mail everything back, which we did on 3/1/02 at our expense, and he would begin the refund process immediately. That was over a year ago! I am going to forward this and all information pertaining to this case to the Federal Trade Commission. This information will be forwarded within 48 hours. We were guaranteed a refund when we returned their non-working product.
