Complaint Review: Family Pool Fun

I called and spoke with Jay Baker prior to making a purchase. My primary question was Pool Liner Thickness. He suggested that i purchase  a liner from there vendor Pen Fabricators.

Let me explain that there is an enormous amount of deception in the Swimming Pool Industry especially when it comes to pool liners. The Gage (thickness) of a liner is an arbitrary meaningless number in the pool industry. I was very careful to ask for the MIL thickness I.E. thousands of an inch and or Millimeters in thickness. On the Family Pool Fun web site it listed the liner thickness as 25 Gage and 25 mils thick. Upon receiving the liner i measured it and it measured 16 mils. I then called Penfab the manufacture and spoke with Brian. He informed me that they do not make a liner in that thickness. 

I then called Jay Baker for a return authorization number and he requested a pic of the box that contained the liner. I sent the pic. He then asked for a pic of the tool i measured the liner with. I sent the pic.
 
I returned to the web site to check the part number of the item and low and behold the Mil thickness measurement had been removed form the information. This is fraud!
