Complaint Review: Fair exchange auto

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM FAIR EXCHANGE AUTO SALES! 1550 E Bell Rd They completely will mess you over and scam you. This company has been sued so many times and will take your money and scam you!! Don’t go here go anywhere else but here. They lied to us about the monthly payment the sales guys and owner gave us a payment and the girl that had us sing the paperwork put a whole different number that was hidden to us. We notice it after we got home also the paperwork that we signed was trough the bank and once we mention this to the owner he said that the sale was going to stay in house and we own him the money, we had no paperwork in any of this information payment plans or anything. The car that we got also had defects to it and the owner said he was going to fix it, well he treathen us by saying that if we didn’t leave the premesis and not talk about the payments he will not fix them at all ! They are a scam they won’t return our deposit even tho there is major problems with the car that he is now not wanting to fix ! This company is horrible and many other people have had the same experience
