F. A. Management Solutions, Inc Hugh Shafritz Fraudulent court ruling Del Ray Beach Florida
F.A. Management Solutions, Inc recently garnished my bank account with an order from Judge Audrey Moran in a duval county court. The original order was from a judgement that was made in 2004 that I was never properly served or informed that it took place and that there was a ruling on till 2021. Hugh Shafritz who got the ruling against me on a $2,000 debt from 1999 and also owns the debt collecting firm (F.A. Management Solutins) is a Del Ray, FL based attorney. One quick Google search reveals he is very shady, nefarious, and deals in whats known as "Zombie Debt" where they abuse Florida law, buy up a debt, get a ruling against someone without their knowledge, sit on the debt for nearly 20 years, then attempt to collect the debt which has grown exponentially at 7% interest and now is over $11,000. If you read all the disgusting things this man and his nefarious company have done to innocent people it's appalling. He does everything in his power to erase any of his wrongdoings from the internet so I am on a mission to not only post about him and his business everywhere I can but am going to also appear on local Florida television and media so that everyone learns about him and his company

I get where you are coming from (although your location is a bit suspicious). Look up "Zombie Debt laws" for the state of Florida. This is a common practice by debt collection firms and scumbag lawyers like Hugh Schafritz. They get a judgment against the poor and destitute and then sit on the debt for years letting it accumulate interest the court ruled in favor of (7% a year in my case), then they get a garnishment on their bank account or paycheck after many years have gone by and the debt has risen substantially. Thus making the poor person even poorer and unable to hire an attorney. Apparently, judges like Aubrey Moran in the Duval County court system, consider it legal to get a judgment against someone with no proper service or proof of ever notifying the defendant for 19 years of the case. Then they award the known nefarious lawyer like Hugh Schafritz who has a history of bribing judges and filing forged paperwork with a garnishment. This is why several news stations in Florida are interested in reporting on my case and having me on to talk about it and talk about F.A. Management Solutions. Luckily I have media contacts from having appeared on Florida TV before. I am going to not only attack F.A. Management Solutions, Hugh Schafritz, but also Zombie Debt laws in Florida. I now have proof (CA Voter registration) that the address they served in Florida in 2004 was never my address nor did I live there. I lived in CA. My lawyers are filing a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction with my proof and also notarized affidavits stating I was never served or lived at the address they claim. Attached is the final judgment from 2004 they got against me without any service or notification for 19 years.

You seriously believe that? And how were you not aware of the judgment? You had no idea at all that you were sued and lost? The court generally mails you copies of all the paperwork, and you are supposed to be served by a process server. If you ignored all the legal notices and didn't go to court, then yes, there would be a judgment outstanding against you. I have a pretty hard time believing that there was no collections activity at all on that account. 7% interest is not some kind of amazing return, especially given that few people would actually pay it.
