I wanted to send a greeting card but don't like joining sites that I have to give a Credit Card to. So I did not join the company with years of history and who's cards I buy from the store, that was MY FIRST and biggest mistake.

I joined ezgreets.com, I did not even think I sent it. I remember filling out info and thinking better of it and closing out site BUT I guess it went through anyway. So, I never used it. So I don't know if they really even do greeting cards, but what I do know is the following.

July my phone bill was higher than normal, then I received this months bill and it again was too high. I called my phone company and asked why and THEY pointed out a $13.22 Charge to my account. It says "Billing on behalf of Residential Voicemail". Iwas told I had to call the 800 number on my bill.

I called to find out Who and What this charge was for and where it came from. The 800 number was to IntegreTel. I was told they are a 3rd party billing service. Gail told me who was billing me (ezgreets.com). She also had my information! Even my mothers maiden name (a real no no).

Gail was very nice and said they would credit me for the last 2 months. Now I must wait and see if they do!

1) Never give your "Mothers Maiden Name" it is as good as signing a contract on the Internet. They then can bill you with your Telephone Co or Bank.

2) Remember - You get what you pay for. Free is never really free!

3) Stick to the tried and true.
