I called Alexandria Exxon and they said they would replace the part at no charge but I would have to pay labor. I was charged $467.13 in December which 119.63 was labor to install the wrong part. After several phone calls Alexandria Exxon agreed to install the new part for free if I bring my vehicle to them.

Problem is the towing bill will be $135.08 and Alexandria Exxon refuses to pay the towing even though they fully admit they installed the wrong part. If the right part had been installed I would not need towing. Alexandria Exxon tried to place blame the part manufacture and said I must contact them. I reminded Alexandria Exxon that I hired them and they purchased the part to install in my vehicle not me. I paid in good faith and I expect Alexandria Exxon to pay the towing or the labor bill from an independent service station
