This company promised expedited processing for my US passport renewal. They took my money. They have my current passport. The time commitment was 14 days which has since come and gone. They provide no updates. They do not answer their phone. They do not return my calls or reply to my email. Setting aside the lost money, I can't renew my passport anywhere now because I need my current passport to do that. They have my current passport. So I have lost my money. I have lost my current passport. I have lost my travel window. This is an area of life that is way to important and legally impactful for fradulent peple to be allowed to do business. Maybe they need whoever investigates terrorism and fake passports to look into what is happening to the passports people are sending them to never be seen again.
