Called before New Years and spoke with 'representative' who said they would ship in time to meet a Jan.9 date. Item not shipped.
Did some investigating. Co has no address available on any of their websites. Nor a name of an actual person, for that matter. Apparently operates out of southern California now. Prior company possibly in Florida.
Voice sounds like immigrant from India or Pakistan.
Too bad we can't call the FBI any more ...
