Excel Telecommunications wants to rip you off! This company wants to charge you a lot for long distance calls to mexico...so I started to use a prepaid calling card. so I could talk four times as long. When I got my bill for excel they charged me the long distance as if I had not dailed the 1-800 number to access the calling card.

I went to the customer service and complained and they did not respond. I called them back and they finally told me that I had to pay all charges on my bill. This company sucks!!!!
