Sept 14 my long distance call was intercepted and blocked by Excel at which time they demanded payment on a 10 day old bill. The bill was for advance payment of the Sept billing period.

I gave them a credit card to pay the balance and told them to cancel my account. The next day I signed up with AT&T.

Excel did not receipt my payment, have now billed me for Sept and October and have sent my account to collections. Excel claims the acount was cancelled Sept 28 and claim they will not prorate the final month.

This company cut my account off twice before. Each time one day after the billing date and both times before I received a bill.

This company brags about being American. If you call them you only get to talk to someone in India.
