Complaint Review: Evernote Corporation

Evernote will not allow me to get inside of my account. I have had an account with Evernote since late 2012 (around August to November 2012). It was with a free membership. Earlier this year around May 2018 I had temporarily deactivated my account. I tried to get into my account again, but I had forgot the email address and password on file. I had uploaded screenshots of the account being on my computer, all of the passwords that I have ever used, all of the email addresses that I had even used, all of the phone numbers that was on the account, the type of phones including the current same the phone that I have on the account; etc. I was even willing to upload a picture of my state i.d. and other verification methods proving that the account is mines. They will not provide me an alternative way to get into my account. I have no idea why they would not allow me to get inside of my account when I would provide all of this & my State I.D., the phone number on my account (when they could call me from it); etc. Facebook, Twitter, Google; etc. would allow account holders to provide this proof to get into their account.
