Complaint Review: Estate Jewelry Auctioneers AKA Fashion Strada located LA Manhattan Beach and possibly GA Zygimantas Kiznis

Hello,

I wired $45.000 dollars including fees and taxes for 3  Rolex Watches around Xmas 2023. After quite a long delay they created 2 labels for shippment, one for a Ladies Rolex and the other for two Rolex mens watches.  Nothing was moving and I contacted  LIveAuctioneers (considering the auction took place on their platform) complaining about the delay. After many back and forths the 1st shipment was deliverd at the and of February, The second shipment still shows as Label Created and has not shipped & nbsp;as of now. The first few weeks EstateJewelry was responding to my requests with generic answers but for the past 6 weeks Total Silence. No rsponse, no one answers the phone etc. I  kept communicatiion with LiveAuctioneers in hope that I get some answers and even though I get these generic responses ( & quot;we understand how you feel understand your frustration  blah blah, however no real answers have been given to me as to what is happening and what specific action they are taking to remedy the situation. Needless to say I have lost all hope and the only way forward is to sue them. I just want to warn everyone to read the reviews before you buy from any auction house! It has been extremely frustating for me and I am prepared to go all the way to get  vindicated. If anyone else faces the same situation as me do not hesitate each out.
