Complaint Review: Essaytown

 I heard of essaytown through a friend who used the service and was satisfied with the results. I was stressed out about my final paper  so I decided to try the web service. I ordered my paper(8 pages) with exact date and due time as well as uploaded many resources and prompts. Weeks passed by and I hadn't heard from the writer so I messaged and asked how the paper was coming along and he said he hadn't even started it yet! THE DAY BEFORE IT WAS DUE he hadn't started it and would look in the am. So i trusted the process of the writer and still emailed customer support asking if it was typical for the writer to start so late. They stated its not technically late yet and that if I needed it sooner to pay more.

The day of the due date the writer asked for an extension. I said I could give him another 12 hours and added MY OWN writing (5 pages) for him to use "for the flow of the paper".

The next day I hear nothing from the writer, nothing from customer support and I'm left to scramble up a s**+**y paper that I had to turn in.

I woke up the day after to an email at 3am saying my paper was finished. I haven't even opened it to look at the paper because I want a refund!

I have yet to hear from support irregardless to a refund but from what I read as the fine print there is no refund. I think there should be a refund for a LATE paper!!
