Complaint Review: Esdoro

Esdoro IsaIowa Limited Jack Yeung I ordered these 2 plastic phone clips and it took 30 days to receive thereby making their return policy null and void. When product FINALLY arrived the packaging was significantly damaged and I discovered that the phone clip would NOT work on either of my vehicles dashboards, consoles or air vents.  Killeen Texas

I ordered these 2 plastic phone clips and it took 30 days to receive thereby making their return policy null and void. I contacted Esdoro several times to determine the ETA of the phone clip. When product FINALLY arrived the packaging was significantly damaged and I discovered that the phone clip would NOT work on either of my vehicles dashboards, consoles or air vents.

Moreover, you can only affix it in ONE direction (horizontal vs vertical). I started a dispute through PAYPAL and Esdoro is asking me for the SAME pictures and invoicing that they requested AND received when I emailed Esdoro personally at support@esdoro.com.

The "runaround", the obstacles and tedious request they demand from a customer they already have information on to avoid honoring a return/refund is shameful! Their website falsely states the following: "At Esdoro we strive to solving your daily issues in different ways, reigniting  passion and interest of your living as it is a reference to your UNIQUENESS. 

And to spread exactly that...is our core vision: To help you Understand Yourself. To support you at Esdoro." The experience has been anything BUT "solving daily issues". They have created an unnecessary issue and "customer dissatisfaction and customer RIP off" is a more accurate description of what this company practices.
