Let me start by saying i have emails to prove everything I am typing about erasable inc medspa. I grew up poor but wanted clear pretty skin to feel normal since i couldnt afford nice clothes/shoes (i had minor bumps). At age 11 I accidentally burned up my face to gain clear skin unfortunately my face is left with dark marks. Fast foward, After being bullied in school and outside of school due to my dark marks i felt like i gained my life back when i found a product that helped even out my skin tone, unfortunately there are very stubbon marks that just will not fade away.

2018 I thoroughly researched the new fad called "picogenisis" erasable inc med spa popped up when i looked for near by offices that offer this service. They had " good" reviews and seemed friendly so i chose to go to them. ONE OF THE WORST CHOICES I EVER MADE. I let Loretra know in our consultation that I use an inexpensive cream to even out my skin that works great and informed her that there are just a few marks i wanted gone, she assured me the picogenisis would clear up my marks which is why i paid her $750+ .I WAS SCAMMED.

She told me to buy her expensive skin medica products to use with the laser so that the laser could work better, I questioned her about " if the laser clears skin why should i have to use a skin lightener? " I was extremely skeptical and should've trusted my gut to keep my money in my pocket. She fed me a bunch of lies and reassured me the laser would work and i could stop the creams after i finish my laser treatments. Guess what, i finished all of the "laser treatments" yet i have 0% improvements. 0% improvements!!!

I reached out to her showing her an updated picture that the marks are still there, she told me that even though the laser didnt improve my skin my skin cream did so there is improvement so i should be satisfied. So she basically is saying i should be fine with giving them $750+ for nothing because the skin cream i was using before i even met them cleared my skin like it always does. Scammers do not make sense to me, that email made absolutely no sense . The scam is that the picogenisis laser does not work that is why she told me to use the skin cream with it to cover up the fact that the skin cream clears the skin and the expensive laser does nothing.

I stopped using the skin cream and the dark marks came right back, something she said would not happen! I provided her with proof that her treatments did not work like she assured me they would, she decided that it was best for me to "end my relationship" with them when i showed her my proof of 0% improvements. Instead I have decided to let the world know about how i was ripped off and scammed to help save other peoples hard earned money. Dont get fooled by these companies with good reviews, remember people buy reviews all the time.
