Complaint Review: Epifini Landscapeing

Citizens of Casa Grande beware!!! George Perez who owns and operates a company called Epifini Landscapeing is not a reputable buisness person. We signed a contract with his salesperson for landscape work at our new home in Casa Grande

During the mandated 72 hour cooling off period we canceled that contract (12 hours later) and he gave us back our deposit. Now some 15 days later he is filing a lein on our home for the amount of the canceled contract. This company did no work provided no material and still if expecting to get paid for a canceled contract

This will cost us time and money to have removed and there is no reason for it to happen. Casa Grande is a smaller town and its a shame that a new resident is being treated like this by an unreputable local contractor.
