I telephoned in response to an e-mail notice sent by the company. I sent payment in full by check for a Laptop computer-1300 D Series. After two months and repeated attempts to contact the company, I had not received the laptop; and I requested a refund.

Now, four months later, they have not responded in any way to my request. Normally, I would not have paid by check, but I thought the e-mail notice had been relayed by my university ITS department. What a rip-off. I plan to obtain legal assistance in collecting from them.
