Complaint Review: Entertainment Rewards

I just signed up for online banking through my bank, and as I was reviewing my purchases I noticed a $9.00 charge to my card. It said I made a $9.00 purchase at Entertainment Rewards. I have no idea what that is, so I kept looking through my statements and I have been charged $9.00 for the past 5 months.

I went to Entertainment Rewards webpage and found the contact us link. I sent an email telling them that I never signed up for whatever rewards program they had, and I certainly never used any of their rewards. I asked for my $45.00 back.

We will see if I can get anywhere with this company. After looking at all of the other reports, I wonder how this company is still in business. Why does our government allow such scams when it is obvious that is what this company is doing.
