Complaint Review: Entertainment Online

Entertainent Online Has been charging my Amex card for three years at $9.00 a month without my consent Troy Michigan

I saw this charge on my Amex card from Entertainment Inc., I then started to check it out and found out that Entertainment Inc. had been charging me from 9/02/2005 to present at $9.00 a month. While checking on the internet I discovered this web page and took down the numbers for Entertainment online Inc. and called the customer service at 1-866-364-1333

I spoke with an agent called Janet and asked why Entertainment Inc. was charging my Amex card without consent? Janet stated that this occurred when I order tickets from Ticketmaster. I then requested to cancel that membership and she did stating she would refund my $9.00 I told her that I wanted a full refund and if I could speak with a supervisor.

After being placed on hold Janet for sometime Janet returned and stated that there were no supervisors working and I told her that I didn't believe that. I was placed on hold after demanding a supervisor, finally an Agent called Tiffany came on the line after explaining what my problem was and what the customer rep. had told me. Tiffany informed me that I would get a complete refund from 9/02/2005, she then gave me a confirm number and stated that my credit card would be refunded in 7 to 10 days.
