English Talk 360 is a fraudulent fake "company" set up for the purposes of targeting vulnerable individuals for identity theft. They claim to be an English education company, but are actually a blank web site set up for phishing. They also harass people via spam calls from: 760-576-5660
Please do not fall for their tricks or give them any of your personal information. They operate under fake names and I am not even certain they are located in California. They could be overseas using a U.S. number.
