Enence Mauma Translater Device I ordered one device from this company and pushed the order button by mistake, with in 45 seconds I asked for a cancellation they informed me that my order was all ready shipped ?? 45 SECONDS ? They REFUSED TO CANCEL THIS ORDER ,they at first said the order would come from CA. USA in about 3-7 days,then they said oh no, it will ship from China which will take 25 days to Seattle,WA, which you I know it will take a lot longer.
They at first charged my account twice, now it it is charged once, but has 7 pending charges as of today 12-19-21, I ordered on 12-15-21 I asked again and was informed they do not cancel any orders, nor do they give refunds , even if the product is damaged in shipping !!!! These people are out for one thing only, and that is your money, and the they get it fast.
I tried to get Capital one to help but that was like asking the President to call them, very difficult for Capital one to step in and help you. So I guess I will report to everyone on the web ,to BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY ,THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !! 100% DISABLED COMBAT VIETNAM VETERAN IN SEATTLE,WA. STOLE MONEY FROM A DISABLED VETERAN
