Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint

Dear Enchante Accessories Executive:

Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You!

How is your day today in sunny New York, New York and/or wherever else You are in the World?

My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that my 88 year old mother who is currently suffering from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, along with Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Affects Her Mobility had received the following products as a present:

Merry Joyeux
Candy Apple
Shower Gel
8.5fl.oz/250ml

Merry Joyeux
Candy Apple
Body Lotion
8.5fl.oz/250ml  


Unfortunately, Both Bottles Were Not Completely Full At All!

I am Not sure what happened during the manufacturing, packaging and/or transportation process, but my 88 Year Old Mother Must Have Received A Bad Batch!

In Any Case:  My mother Only Wants To Receive Appropriate Product Replacement For Her Inconvenience!

Moving Right Along:  I looked on Both Bottles for Any Additional Product Information such as the UPC Code and/or Best Buy and/or Best Before Date and Could Not Find Anything Printed, Period!

I pretty much left voice messages with them and maybe spoke to One (1) Person Who Just Transferred ME back to their Receptionist and/or None Of The Calls With Messages Left Were Ever Returned!

Either Way:  This Company Is Really Screwed Up And I Am Surprised That They Are Still In Business!

Is this yet another company that didn't barter with you in exchange for a review?  I think this makes 4-5 in the last week.

Might I suggest investing in a small food scale.  You can get a decent one for $20-$30 in just about any store that has a Housewares Department.  That way on your next report you can tell us the weight of the product when you bought it.  Since this is your business you may even be able to claim it as a Tax deduction.
