I was one of those people who thought it would be interesting to fill out surveys in my spare time so of course I registered with several survey companies.

Then not to long after, I recieved a phone bill that almost doubled in price.Having no idea what the extra fees were from and having no clue about what email discount was, I ignored the extra charges and figured it was a one time thing.

BIG MISTAKE!!!!The next month rolled around and my phone bill was even higher! This time I called to find out what this email discount network was. Especially since my phone bill was automatically being drafted out of my account. OUCH!

When I called the customer service at email discount network, the customer service rep said it was something that I signed up for and I explained that I most certainly did not.

I was assured that my account would be refunded on my next phone bill for both December and January's charges. Well my February bill came and another fee was on it. The fee was on the same day I called and assumed it just had processed before my "so called" account was cancelled.

NOW IT IS MARCH 20th!!!! My phone bill just came. Well there are no new charges from e-mail discount network BUT STILL NO REFUND OF ALL THE MONEY THEY TOOK! I called again, and was assured that it would be on my APRIL bill because they showed it processed my refund on the 16th of March (how convenient).

THE MOMENT MY APRIL BILL GETS HERE AND I DON'T SEE A REFUND, SOMEONE AT E-MAIL DISCOUNT NETWORK BETTER BE ABLE TO HANDLE A VERY PISSED OFF WOMAN!!!!!
