I hired Robert and Cyndi of Elite Pools for a ~$100k pool. To say I’m disappointed is a HUGE understatement! What a horrendous experience! He is A BULLY! He has tried to breach the contract and use cheap materials that are not what I ordered multiple times (I will add screenshots).
For example, I ordered the Wet Edge Prism in Indigo finish. That was in November. The pool was supposed to be completed in February. It’s May. He has said that they have a new rep for the prism matrix product, that it is not as good, that the glass will fall out (none of this is what was said when they were trying to convince me to pay for it).
I keep catching them switching out what I ordered and trying to put in a cheaper, knockoff product. I will come back and add pictures and video (there is a lot of video and I am uploading it to YouTube and will link it here).
There are a lot of pool companies out there. Pick an honest one. These guys are scammers.
