Electronic Billing Systems, Inc. ripoff Las Vegas Nevada
EBS is violating their return for credit policy by not issuing an RMA. Stay away from this ripoff company. I have contacted the Nevada state offices for help.
They have ignored request and made excuses claiming they are going through a "reorganization" and requested my patience.
Thus, without an RMA showing for a pending credit they have no record of my return. This is either bad business practice or frudenlent behavior to never return my $450.

Howard had been dealing with an individual who is no longer at the company. Never returned the paperwork necessary to return his product and didn't contact us for over 2 months. However upon hearing from him on 9/22/04 we issued him an RMA# that same day despite the lack of paperwork, and time-frame and are currently awaiting the return of our merchandise before issuing a refund.
