Edge fitness of Warner Robins Georgie has been advertising for over 2 years that they were opening a new and improved location. Pool, sauna, basketball court, etc. If you join now before it opens you will be locked into a discounted rate. Well I joined 2 years ago and signed a contract locking me in. Since joining I quikcly realized it was all a scam.
There was never any intentions for them to open up a new location and it was nothing more then an attempt to get people locked in on contracts. Since being a member my experience has been nothing shy of terrible. The facilities are absolutely flithy, equipment that brakes stays broken for good, the pads are so worn out you cant even lay down without being cut.
Now after being locked into a contract for 2 years and paying, the staff members are telling memebers that the business is shutting down for good. To top if off, the owner Tom Crawford walks around like he is trustworthy because he is affilitated with a local church, but its all a scam.
Safe yourself the money and go join Planet fitness, it is what I did a year ago. Might not have all the free weights you want but, atleast they dont lie to your face.
