eCost.com/PCUSA and one of their suppliers, I-Rocks, use questionable customer demands, timelines, and runarounds to avoid paying the rebates they promote. If you do not comply with the fine print in their rebate request form, and/or contact them within the unspecified timeline window to correct data they don't accept, you will not receive their advertised rebates. Much better to just go to the major online companies, even if prices are slightly higher, order the items, and avoid the hassles. Fortunately it only cost me $33. to learn this lesson, but dealing one time with these 3 companies was one time too many. The special $0 I-Rocks items advertised at eCost.com will no doubt cost you much more unless you are extremely careful in how you handle the rebate submissions. Rather than being customer-satisfaction companies, these folks are counting on frustrating their customers to the point that they just give up and forget about receiving the rebates they were supposed to get. Be warned.
