When we checked into our room our Air condition unit would not work.  I called down to the desk and asked for help and an employee named Coros told me that I needed to flip the switch (which I had already flipped)  he told me again to flip the switch, I already had.  I told him I could not get it to work and asked him for help and he stormed to our room and pounded on the door.  we opened the door and he came in and messed with the air conditioning unit.  he took about 5 minutes to get the air conditioner to work.  Then he turned to me and said "why are you so stressed?  why are you so nervous?"  That was his way of accusing me of being crazy I guess.  Then he informed me that if I didn't like their hotel I was free to go to another hotel.  He stood in our room and continued to yell and my cousin thanked him for helping with the air.  She had to tell him thank you 5 times before he finally got the point that we were finished discussing the situation.  The next morning I spoke with the manager and he said his employee offered us another room  (which was completely untrue) and that his employee would never say those things to us.  He said he was going to side with his employee and that he didn't believe us.  All I wanted was an apology and I couldn't even get that.  The Manager, Robert Stallings, apparently doesn't appreciate customers.  I will make sure everyone I know hears about our experience at the Econo Lodge and that my family never stays there when they come visit.  I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.
