I work with these people and ECMP. They represent as a company but what they did to my frend was terribly wrong. They smash them totally and destroy images of other people.
They will post as a friend at first, get contracts together as a partner but at the end of the day they will rip off their partners and take the project on their own. They will destroy the personality of the other partner for them to take the project solo. But after taking the project and taking so much money they will run away and bye bye project owner.
The people behind it are EDGAR ESPELETA & MARIEL LUCIANO as the owners of ECMP Construction, MANDY (AMANDO) LANGCAUON and JUANITO MANGONON as their accomplise for the job. They are all good in the beginning but in the middle they will stab you at the back. How cruel these guys are.
furthermore, they are not paying also their suppliers.
