Ebay usa19/drdroy.com Sulochana D Roy. Sent me messages threatening my quality of life and suffering for me Internet
I purchased 3 items on 10/12/18 for $436 on ebay. On 10/20/18 i requested to cancel because the items hadnt been shipped within 3-5 business days like the listing showed. Sulochana sent me a message lieing saying the items had been shipped. I asked for proof of shipping or cancel the order and never received it. She marked the items as shipped fraudently to avoid refunding me my money. I told her i was going to open a paypal dispute then she sent an email lieing claiming she never received the email to cancel but she had responded within hours on 10/20/18.on 10/27/18 i saw a shipping update showing the items had been shipped.i told her i would be rejecting the package upon arrival because she lied to keep my money&i didnt want to do business with her anymore.she didnt follow ebays shipping policy to ship the items within the time on the listing so buyers could get their products asap.she sent me a message saying i would receive the item within the dates shown on the shipping time for international shipping.
after weeks of calling usps&going in and being told they didnt have the package on 12/3/18 i opened an ebay case for item not received. dhl e commerce marked the shipment as declined but told me the postal service was supposed to do final delivery.the postal service said they didnt have the package.sulochana continued lieing saying dhl tried to deliver but i refused.i told her dhl e commerce told me more than once that usps does final delivery&i even recorded my phone call.then she tried to lie and say i probably made up a fake phone call.i told her i was waiting for usps to deliver it so i could reject it because she wasnt supposed to ship it anyway after she couldnt prove it was shipped prior to my cancel request on 10/20/18.i told her ebay told me i could reject her shipment because she violated ebay shipping policies&later lied multiple times claiming she shipped it.she told me in a message during my claim that you cant cancel orders 15-20 days after placing the order and would have to reject it after that time has passed then after she receive it back she refund my money. I requested a cancel 8 days after i ordered and since she hadnt shipped she had more than enough time to cancel.
she kept sending me the same emails over&over.her last 2 emails became threatening:Seller's message: "OVER THE COMING MONTHS YOU WILL SEE HOW KARMAS CHANGES YOUR PHYSICAL SHEATH...." Seller's message: "You are living a life in misconception. You will feel and remember me always in this coming years ahead...not always all sellers are fake...You will crawl your way to destiny its my sincere promise to you and think still that i was no god..." She tried to force me to take her items by not canceling the order then still took her time shipping my order.she lost shipping fees and the items are lost because she was supposed to never ship them.i didnt want her items and negative energy in my home.i spent over $400.she has a big ego&even ordered me to close the case which i refused.shes a dishonest bully.
Save your money&dont order from her ebay or website. I will attach photos of her messages. The shipping carier attempted delivery to the buyer but the buyer because she mentioned in the shipping address as "GENERAL DELIVERY" and the address was incorrect/ rejected or delayed by the buyer deliberately,the delivery could not be done and that the buyer have already received the payment from ebay as she claimed "Item not received case" now that the buyer have the money after some days the buyer would go to the post office and get the delivery of the items well which have been alrady sent to the buyer.She also left three negative feedbacks on my account to extort money either through ebay or me as a seller.I have also found that the buyer have left similar negative and neutral feedbacks for many ebay sellers as well.Anybody who have honestly shipped the item to the buyer and now the buyer have both the payment as well as the items(that will get delivered to the buyer automatically) will loose the mind as the items are worth $500 usd.I have lost the items and also incurred Dhl shipping charges close to $100 usd and also the buyer have delibeartely three left negative feebacks on my account to extort the money.I am ripped by this buyer nbun2572 in ebay.com. I want to alert all the ebay sellers as well as other website as well to be carefull with this buyer.If this buyer purchase your items in ebay or any website be alert as you may loose the items as well as the payment.

Im the real buyer of your items. She was supposed to get them and then ship them to me after pick up because i want to remain anonymous for reasons i dont need to explain to you. The items shouldnt have ever been shipped. You received notification prior to shipping. You lied about shipping.You claimed in the screenshot i provided that after 15-20 days it couldnt be canceled. She asked 8 days after purchase for it to be canceled because i no longer wanted to do business with you so you shouldve canceled it. This has nothing to do with extorting money. Her ebay feedback and this report is honest about what you did.its why i included screenshots for it all.im now going to show the ebay feedback and the latest threat she received from you as well.our ebay feedback is honest for every person.its people that need to be warned about you.the fact is it shouldnt have ever been shipped&we should have been refunded on 10/20/18 since i no longer wanted your items. You played games and us wait for weeks for the refund.ebay uses usps tracking not dhl as you were told before.she went to the post office and called looking for your package to REJECT!!!!! it since you dont know what cancel it because i no longer want your items or to do business with you especially after you continuously lied. its people who need to be warned about you.you lie and your dishonest. Rebuttal all of it and show proof using pictires that this is false about you.there is more than 1 bad seller on ebay. Your not the first and you wont be the last.

I want to provide more screenshots of my 1st emails on 10/20/8 asking ebay seller usa19 Sulochana. She sent emails which i already provided saying orders cant be canceled after 15-20 days. My cancel request was 8 days after i ordered. I want to further provide this proof because she lies constantly. She falsely marked the item as shipped on ebay 10/20/18 but didnt ship until 10/27/18.she said she would upload the tracking number on 10/20/18 when she got to her office the next day but never did.im attaching all proof of my interactions with her.i never wanted her items then she sent me emails telling me i will get karma for her financial loss.she caused her own financial loss by shipping items that i canceled.now her items are lost.she put me through a lot of nonsense for her childish games.now she threatening my well being&quality of life.she is a dark energy person.stay away from her products shes dishonest.
