Complaint Review: Easy Appliance Parts

Easy Appliance Parts Claim to have item "in-stock" only to back order once you purchase. Nova Scotia

I visited Easy Appliance Parts website and found they claimed to have my item "in-stock". I called the company to confirm before ordering and was assured the item was in the warehouse. I placed my order and paid for expedited shipping. Two business days later I called to find out why my item hasn't shipped. Lady on the phone told me the item was back ordered. When I told her I called to confirm stock before ordering she told me that their was only one in stock at the time and it sold as I was placing my order. This sounded plausible until I went to the website again and the item still shows to be "in-stock". I called the company again as a new customer to check the item and again the lady assured me it was sitting in the warehouse. I've concluded they list everything as "in-stock" to keep you from shopping elsewhere. After researching the company I've found several other people have had the same experience.
