EAST COAST APPLIANCE REFUSED TO EXCHANGE A NEWLY DELIVERED UNUSED REFRIGERATOR THAT WOULD NOT FIT IN THE SPACE IT NEED TO GO IN. MANAGER WAS RUDE AND REFUSED TO BE OF ASSISTANCE. Virginia Beach Virginia

ON 3 /22/18 I PURCHASE A REFRIGERATOR, RANGE & DISHWASHER FOR A PROPERTY UNDER RENOVATION. THEY DELIVERED THE ITEMS APPROX. A WEEK LATER. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO INSTALL THE APPLIANCES, I DISCOVERED THE FRIG. WAS TOO LARGE FOR THE SPACE AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. I WENT TO THE VIRGINIA BEACH MAIN STORE AND ASKED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR A SMALLER MODEL. THE MANAGER INFORMED ME THE UNIT COULD NOT BE RESOLD BECAUSE IT WAS NOW CONSIDERED USED EVEN THOUGH IT STILL HAD ALL THE PACKING AND PLASTIC FROM THE FACTORY IN PLACE AND HAD NEVER BEEN PLUGGED IN. WHEN I QUESTIONED THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY HE STATED THERE WAS NOTHING MORE TO DISCUSS AND WALKED AWAY.
