Pay Offs Don't Mean Anything

Maybe Paul was paid off. Maybe some others were as well. It apparently is not helping those that are suing EASI that past dealers have been refunded there "dealership" fee.

Why would EASI refund "dealership" fees if all these people were supposedly successful? Just another question to add to those previously unanswered.

Think about it.

Paul and the State of South Dakota

#4UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, December 20, 2005

This post from Paul Saxton is interesting. Information I recently obtained from the State of South Dakota indicates that EASI has successfully re-obtained permission to sell dealerships within the state.

They had previously been banned from doing so through actions taken by none other than Paul Saxton. As previously rumored, disclosure documents filed with the State of South Dakota show that Paul Saxton "settled" his grievances with EASI on or around May 2, 2003.

One of the current plaintiffs versus EASI had forwarded several derogatory e-mails about EASI from Paul Saxton. As a non-litigant, I am not bound by court rulings preventing the release of such information. I will post the e-mail exchange where Paul Saxton informed several dealers of EASI's scam.

It appears that Paul Saxton was truly "paid off".

To whom it may and does concern;

My name is Paul Saxton and I am an EASI Dealer based in Sioux Falls, SD. I am responding to this posting although I did NOT post it due to the fact
that it supposedly originated in Sioux Falls, SD, it has been assumed by a lot of people that it was me who penned it.

Therein lies one of the "problems" with this type of anonymous forum. It allows people to post things and make claims and comments that may or may not be true and be able to be substantiated.

I have been a dealer for over two years and we have built a successful company and have used EASI and have had the type of relationship that any two people working closely together will have over time. We didn't always see eye to eye and I would be lying to say that we always do agree.

However, EASI has and is making continuous efforts to keep us happy and treat us with respect and to respond efficiently to our needs as they arise.

I implore others out there that may have issues and or concerns to voice them personally to EASI and handle these affairs with mutal respect and I
feel that you too can regain a solid working relationship with EASI.

Sincerely,

Respond to this Report!
