I tried several times to withdraw $500 from a Chase bank ATM using my Etrade debit card. One of the transactions went through, the others declined however Etrade took $500 2X.

The branch manager at Chase called and spoke for an hour to Jim Lynn Wadsworth who said he was a suoervisor, however extremely combative, arrogant and unheloful and refused to give provisional credit despite the manager at Chase telling him it was a mistake from a malfunctioning ATM machine.

He further said no supervisors or managers at Etrade would speak to either myself or the manager at Chase.

To date, a week later Etrade has recieved more than enough evidence the trnsaction never went through, had the manager of that branch tell them it did not go through, and Etrade's James Carbine, Nicholas Brian Gerardi refuse to respond. They are dishonest, disgusting thieves and i have to allow their regulator (Consumer financial Protection Bureau to handle it now. I recorded all calls ( if it is legal in your state i advise everyone to) and am creating a video of the calls and hired a student film maker from NYU to make the video as although i am a you tuber, i wanted a more professional quality to pass around social media.

I reccommend anyone ripped off by any banking institiution make a formal complaint to the federal reserve or the CFPB, which ever the particular bank is regulated by, as that is the only way to force them to change polices and be held accountable
